I am determined NOT to shop on this day! It used to be an exciting time for us both BUT now I hate it. I remember waiting up at some 3am at best buy for tv's once. I look back on that day as i flip though the stations on my lil 27 inch that someone gave to me after trying to sell stuff in order to keep my head above water, like was it really that serious? I am so grateful to be becoming debt free. If any one ever wants to learn about contentment just join an fpu class and start becoming debt free. best biblical lesson anyone could ever learn! I'm thankful to my blog friends as well (that includes you!) I am with ya, I stay far-far away from stores on Black Friday. I went one time and one time only 4 years ago and some old lady YELLED at me for something so innocent and right then I thought, "this day brings out the worst in people." I hate it. I couldn't believe she treated another person the way she did for something so trivial and I swore I'd never go out again. There's no sale so good that I want to deal with that crap. NO way!
