For some, this review won’t mean much, but to those of you who operate a blog, this premium WordPress theme is absolutely awesome. Not only is it the most comprehensive, user-friendly theme for WordPress I have found, it was developed by Eric Hamm of Charlottesville. (where I live)
Anyone familiar with WordPress, knows that the theme you choose is absolutely key. Some themes do this, some themes do that, and if you want them to do anything special you have to know css and php code, and where to insert it to make it happen.
Learning code is the equivalent of learning a foreign language. Sure you can learn code, but if you’re like me and have other more important things to focus on, it’s not worth the time and energy it takes to learn.
That’s where Frugal Theme comes in handy. Frugal is the “perfect blank canvas” theme that allows the user to fully customize their site in a variety of ways. This theme has saved me countless hours in developing Enemy of Debt, as well as Inside C’ville. Before Frugal, I can’t even tell you exactly how many hours I spent late at night trying to figure out how to build code, or redesign my site just the way I wanted. It was tedious!
Once I purchased Frugal Theme, it took me a little time to acclimate myself with the new, extremely awesome options, but it wasn’t long before I was making the changes I wanted so badly to make in themes past. Eric Hamm is the developer of Frugal and he has spent countless hours building a tutorial library for new users. If that wasn’t enough Eric and his team have also created a community area for questions, concerns, and basic troubleshooting. Sign in, ask your question, and usually Eric is pretty quick to respond and help out in any way he can. The support offered by Frugal is awesome!
I have been a big fan of Frugal Theme ever since I installed it, and I will continue to recommend it to anyone looking to spend less time on coding and more time on making their blog stand out!
