This week is not a paycheck week, therefore no new addition to the Emergency Fund.
- Total Balance: $100
- Goal Balance: $1000 (by February 28th)
Marathon Training Update
- 11/08 Weight : 208.6 (-2.4 pounds)
- Goal Weight : 185.0
Training Highlights: My longest run this week was 5 miles. It seemed harder than it should have given I just ran a 10 mile race a few weeks ago, but it did feel GREAT!
Thanks for the mention, Travis! I really appreciate it. 🙂 Have a wonderful weekend!
Thanks Shannon, loved your post!
Isn’t that funny how on some days shorter runs seem like torture? Just your body’s bio rhythms I guess going up and down. Thanks for keeping me motivated with #pfworkouts, and thanks for the mention!
I’ve been feeling that all my workouts have been a little “off” this week – one thing I noticed is that I haven’t been drinking my usual copious amounts of water. Upping my H2O intake and see what happens! LOVE the #pfworkout group……gotta keep it going!
Thanks for the mention Travis, it’s much appreciated. Hope you have a great weekend!
I’ve got a nice, relaxing weekend on tap – no big plans at all – hope yours is equally as awesome!
So I went for a run on Thursday for the first time since the marathon. It was pouring so I had to stop, but I was at two miles and thought, man, I’m tired. It’s crazy how that works.
The last time I ran a marathon it took me over a month before my legs felt like again. I tried a few times, but they just didn’t wanna go. Kudos to you for getting out there again so soon!
Great job on the weight loss, Travis!! Thanks for the mention too – I’m honored to be in such great company. 🙂
Loved your post, Laurie – the title reminded me of this part of the movie “Legends Of the Fall” (which is coincidentally from which Vonnie and I got the name for our son, Tristan).
