I love love love hearing success stories – keeps me inspired to do my very best. Your story resonated with me because it’s so very much like Vonnie and I’s! Good luck, and keep the personal experiences coming! 🙂

  2. Wow, thanks for the mention! I have to admit things have been a bit hectic for me and have felt slightly out of control but I have a few vacation days before the end of the year so hopefully I can get caught back up!

    • Travis says:

Hurray for vacation! I’ve got some coming up too…..this is the very first year in my 16 year career that I’m going to use every day of my vacation. I’m gonna enjoy the hell out of my days off too!

Good luck in getting that ship back under control, Lance and have a GREAT weekend!

  3. Well it’s friday so that’s good stuff. Feelin’ good about that. I liked that Square Pennies post — good roundup and have a great weekend!

  4. Haha. thanks travis-I think you liked it better than anyone 🙂

  5. So glad to hear it, Trav! We have to savor those times when they come! I’m helping with my new granddaughter & there are times when we feel we have smooth sailoing. And when it turns into something resembling more of a storm, we hustle. The bed feels good every night & our sweetheart gives us sunshine every morning.

Thanks for including my post in your round-up. That episode with our daughter seems to have been an important one for her.

    Enjoy your family!

    • Travis says:

Oh yes, I’m definitely enjoying it – and I’m sure things will turn back to crazy busy any second now – especially with the holidays coming up!

      A new granddaughter….congratulations, Maggie!!!!

  6. That’s sailing, not sailoing. She won’t be soloing for a long time!
