Thank YOU, Brent! I did indeed have a special workout planned. Actually, yesterday and today’s workouts were something I had been working towards for the last few months. I have two strength training workouts that I do – one targets mainly upper body, one mainly lower body. I hit new personal records on almost every exercise in each of the two workouts.
I guess I wanted to prove to myself I wasn’t over the hill just yet. LOL. 🙂
Happy Birthday!! I always feel like the week after Christmas is a time of limbo. Christmas is over… but it’s not yet the new year. It’s the perfect time for a birthday to break things up! Hope it’s a good one!
When I was younger I always felt like I got screwed out of Birthday presents – I always got “combined” Christmas/birthday presents.
As an adult I LOVE having my birthday between Xmas and New Years – especially in the field of work I’m in (software engineering). EVERYONE takes vacation this week, so I’m always on vacation and don’t have to every worry about having to go into work the day after. Hehehehe….. 🙂
