I have to be honest, I’ve been feeling just a little “off” the last couple of weeks. I’ve been going to bed earlier trying to get more sleep, but I just feel tired all the time. In the gym I haven’t been able to push nearly the weight I had been just a few weeks ago. I don’t know what the deal is, but I’m hoping a weekend of relaxation and even more sleep will help remedy the situation. Have any of you ever experienced something like this?

My guess is that you’re working too hard, Travis? Getting more sleep should help, and how’s your iron level? I know that’s a biggie for those of us hitting/in our 40’s. 🙂 Hope you are feeling better, and thanks much for mentioning my article over at Frugal Rules. Have a great weekend, Travis. 🙂
I’m all for trying anything that may help…I’m gonna throw a multivitamin (assuming that includes Iron) in my daily routine and see what happens. Thanks for the suggestion, Laurie!
I’d have to second Laurie on the sleep and iron – it’s one of those “fun” parts of getting older. 😉 Thanks so much for mentioning Laurie’s post, really appreciate it! Have a great weekend!
Who you calling older, John. LOL I’m in denial. 🙂
Perhaps it has to do with nutrition – are you getting all the necessary nutrients in your meals? I hope you figure it out, I hate waking up tired!
I eat pretty healthy, so I don’t think it’s diet. I hope I figure it out too…being tired all the time SUCKS! Thanks for stopping by, Lisa!
