  1. What a very inspirational post (again). I will definitely check out the great reads. But first, I want to congratulate you on the weight loss and taking the effort to make some positive changes (and sticking with them). That’s not easy by no means! So congrats!

    I’m actually subscribed to Leo’s (Zen Habits) but thanks for pointing out the others’ blogs. There are some great articles on those sites!

    Congrats on the weight loss…but even more so, congrats for sharing and letting your readers hold you accountable. Many people fail to realize the impact that stating your objectives for everyone to see has on following through with said objectives. I look forward to following your progress so please continue with the updates….

    I’m a big fan of some of the blogs you mentioned on here (Zen Habits, and Marc and Angel).. and about ot go check out the other ones. It’s so true that you have to entirely change your way of thinking in order to change a behavior. I’ve found out recently that when you change just the behavior, and keep the old way of thinking, it never lasts!

    And, good job on the weight loss!! That’s awesome!! I joined WW a couple weeks ago, and have been struggling with it, but am determined to just keep trying…
