I Lost 18 Pounds in 14 Days!!

Hello everyone!

Today is the day I reveal how much weight I lost in just 14 days while doing the Rev Abs 14-day jump start nutrition program. All in all, it was GREAT! The first week went off without a hitch, but week two was a bit more difficult as I experienced elevated cravings pretty much all week long.

When I began this jump start program (two weeks ago) I weighed in at 280 pounds.

The first seven days I had the most incredible results. One week ago today, I weighed in at 266 pounds. That is not a typo! In just 7 days I lost 14 pounds!! I was so stoked I could barely hold it in, which is why a few people found out early. ๐Ÿ˜‰

The second week probably would have been better had I been a little more disciplined but I’m not complaining at all. I still lost 4 pounds in week two! Shakeology has been a BIG help too!

I have done many different “jump start” nutrition plans in my day and this one was by far the easiest and most rewarding.I am very pleased with the Rev Abs workout program as well! The workouts are a little shorter compared to P90X, and it’s just really nice to change up the routine. I can’t wait to reveal my results after 90 full days. I’m pretty sure I’ll be pretty close to my goal weight by then.

Here are some pictures! ๐Ÿ˜€

Brad, you are a huge inspiration for me. Now, when I mean huge, I mean like major….y’know ๐Ÿ™‚

As you know, I’ve started but I haven’t put the intensity into it like you have….lost a pound here, two there, but I haven’t had a week yet where I can say I gave it 100%. Reading this post, seeing those pictures…it makes me want to give it that 100%.

Thank you for sharing your progress and being an inspiration. It does me a world of good.

Hey Tyson don’t get too down on yourself bro! One and two pounds here and there is exactly how it started for me too. All you have to do is make sure you don’t give up with those small steps forward. Keep it up and you will build momentum as you go just like I have. The start is always the hardest but once you get things going it gets easier and easier to do. Stick with it and as always, I got your back man! ๐Ÿ˜€

  3. Great job man! When I started this hardcore workout/muscle-building program that a couple of guys at work do, I thought to myself, “there’s no way I’ll be able to stick with this”, so I figured I would try to stick with it 100% for just 30 days, and then I’d re-assess.

I’d say I stuck with it about 90% for those 30 days… but then a funny thing happened.

    I didn’t want to quit.

It had simply become a part of my routine; it had become not just a diet and workout program but a lifestyle. That’s why diets don’t usually work, because people look at them as temporary. Your lifestyle has to change to see major changes in yourself.

Sounds awesome Ross! That is kind of how I felt about P90X before I started it. Now I can’t wait to get back to doing it. Thankfully, it won’t be long now. The lifestyle is key. When I wasn’t willing to make this a lifestyle change I struggled time and time again. Now that I have it is amazing how much easier the struggle has become. ๐Ÿ˜€
