Superbowl weekend is here! Many people will go to a sports bar to watch the game, but that’s just not my kind of atmosphere. We’ve hosted large Super Bowl gatherings in the past, but I’m just not feeling that either. We do plan to get together with some friends and cook up some yummy finger type foods and hopefully enjoy a good game. I’m not hopeful about the commercials, they’ve been subpar the last few years. What are you doing for the big game?

We’re staying home too. Rick’s been working 12 hour days for the last month and needs some serious down time. But we are having a rockin’ good menu. Roast beef sliders, grilled nachos, caramel brownie bars…… 🙂
