After last week’s marathon (which I finished in 4:05:47), I’m looking forward to staying at home this weekend and having poker night with the guys in my neighborhood. It’s always a good time. I’m also going to fire up the smoker and make something on Sunday to eat while I’m watching football. I’m thinking baby back ribs, what do you think?

Ribs indeed, Jackie! I’m sitting here at 11:30 at night getting ready to call it a day…..and all I can think of is those ribs. I can almost smell them!
