I’m happy to report that I successfully completed my taxes. Submitted, approved, and paid for. WHEW, it’s nice to have that off my back. Now it’s time to turn my attention to saving and planning for our annual Memorial Weekend party. This seems very appropriate given it’s the first day of Spring.
Wait, what? First day of Spring? That deserves a fist pump all on it’s own…..

We got our taxes done as well. The accountant sent us the papers in the mail on Monday and I had them in the mail on Tuesday. It’s always a good feeling to get that out of the way.
I’m happy for spring, though it is snowing here today. Hopefully the last one for a while – I want to play golf!!
It sure is a good feeling to have taxes behind us! Spring decided to take a day off, and we got around 8 inches of snow yesterday. LOL. I’m sure it’ll melt by the end of the week, but I didn’t really enjoy shoveling this morning!
Our taxes are on my “to do” list. Thanks for the share! Enjoy the weekend!
Get ’em done, Brian! 🙂 Thanks for stopping by!
Thanks for the link love!
I’ve got my taxes on my to-do list. Hopefully it won’t be there much longer!
You’re welcome, Peter – thanks for dropping in!
Thanks for the link love! I’m glad your taxes are behind you! I am always relieved when all of that is over with.
You’re welcome, Holly – always happy to fist pump some Club Thrifty!
I had a bad tax moment this week. I found out that the taxes I had filed online for 2013 never got to their destination! Tech problems are my enemy. Ugh! I had to do my 2013 taxes all over again. I still have to do my 2014 taxes – but they’re not due until the end of April in Canada, so I’m OK. Snail mail this time around.
YIKES, that sucks Prudence! In the US you get verification that your tax return has been accepted – I’d always taken that little verification for granted. 🙂 thanks for sharing!
Guess what. We get those verifications too.Clearly, someone wasn’t paying attention.
Oops! 🙂 I bet that’s a mistake that’ll only be made once, right?
